Mihael Fugaj

I’m a product designer based in Zagreb, Croatia.

For the last decade I’ve led design across e-commerce platforms, fintech tools, NFT marketplaces, education products, and on-chain consumer apps — usually as senior or lead designer on small teams, owning research, system design, prototyping, and the ship moment.

Most recent: lead UX/UI on Zevo, the world’s first P2P EV sharing platform (pre-seed $2M+, contactless unlock, end-to-end design); lead on the Haas Tooling webshop, a conversion-focused e-commerce experience for industrial CNC tooling; product designer on Liberoverse and NFTSweeps in Web3 — a tokenized creator ecosystem and an on-chain ERC-1155 sweepstakes mechanic, respectively.

Earlier: senior UX for Wire, the enterprise-grade secure comms platform trusted by five G7 governments; senior UX for Traverse at Hype Partners, a gamified Web3 mobile experience; UX/UI for Hive3, a Web3 education platform; project manager and lead UX for Samsung Croatia’s official webshop; head of design and development at Sancta Domenica, one of Croatia’s leading electronics retailers.

I lecture UX at Algebra University Zagreb and run occasional workshops with design teams shipping their first product or moving into Web3.
