Overview

Wire provides secure communication and collaboration solutions built on edge computing and zero trust architecture. Used by privacy-focused enterprises and five of the world’s G7 governments, Wire needed a webshop experience that matched the trust and precision of their core product.

The Challenge

Designing for an enterprise security company means every interaction must convey trust and reliability. The webshop needed to serve both enterprise procurement teams and individual privacy-conscious users, with clear plan comparison and seamless onboarding.

My Role

As senior UX designer, I worked within a cross-functional team of 10 — designers, sales, and developers — where I planned, created, and managed the full design and development process for the webshop.

Design Approach

The interface was designed with clarity and trust as primary principles. Plan comparison was made transparent, pricing was straightforward, and the purchasing flow minimized friction while maintaining the security-first brand positioning that Wire’s audience expects.

Outcome

The webshop successfully launched, providing Wire’s enterprise and individual customers with a streamlined purchasing experience that reinforced the brand’s commitment to security and transparency.
