Overview

Samsung Croatia appointed our team to design and develop a brand new webshop for the Croatian market. The platform needed to integrate on top of our ERP and Samsung’s CRM while maintaining an independent price policy and stock management system.

The Challenge

This was a highly complex integration project. The webshop needed to pull products from our stock systems while giving Samsung full autonomy over pricing, promotions, and catalog management. Balancing technical constraints with a premium user experience worthy of the Samsung brand was the core challenge.

My Role

As project manager and lead UX designer, I was responsible for the full scope:

  • Full UX/UI design and prototype for desktop and mobile
  • Managing development teams across servers, webshop app, and frontend
  • Tracking and executing the project plan and costs
  • Presenting design solutions directly to Samsung stakeholders

Design Approach

The webshop was designed to reflect Samsung’s premium brand identity while optimizing for conversion. Product pages surfaced key specifications upfront, and the checkout flow was streamlined to reduce abandonment. The responsive design ensured a consistent experience across all devices.

Outcome

The webshop launched successfully as Samsung’s official Croatian e-commerce presence, handling the full product catalog with seamless ERP integration and independent price management capabilities.
